Shelter is made to order in Australia. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before dispatch.
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes about 2-8 business days after dispatch.
If an item in your order has an estimated shipping date, the entire order will be sent together on that date.
Placement
Shelter arrives pre-assembled and ready for use. We recommend two people unload and carry Shelter to its desired position, ensuring it is installed on safe level ground to prevent it from moving when in use. Shelter can be simply relocated at any time, we recommend using a dolly or similar furniture lifting equipment if you have some accessible.
