Thank you for shopping with Telos Warehouse. We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from Telos Warehouse, you agree to this policy.
This policy applies to all orders placed via our website, by email, or through trade or wholesale accounts.
Return Eligibility
Standard (non-custom) products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible, items must be:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
- Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Items must be pre-approved in writing by Telos Warehouse before shipping back.
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of installation, cutting, or alteration.
International orders are assessed case-by-case due to freight handling requirements.
Custom-Made & Special Orders
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:
- Custom-cut, made-to-order, or special-manufacture items.
- Non-stock or bulk-ordered materials procured specifically for your order.
- Clearance, sale, or discontinued stock.
For such items, please ensure measurements, finishes, and specifications are confirmed prior to order placement.
Restocking & Handling Fees
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns that are not due to manufacturer fault or shipping error.
- Freight and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return freight costs, except where the item is confirmed defective or damaged by the supplier.
Returned items must be securely repackaged to avoid damage in transit. Any damage occurring during return shipping may void the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us in writing at info@teloswarehouse.com within 24 hours of receipt and include:
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- Your order number and delivery details.
- A description of the issue.
Telos Warehouse will investigate and, if approved, arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
Damage or shortages reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for claim.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@teloswarehouse.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Freight & Delivery Issues
Telos Warehouse uses third-party freight carriers.
We are not liable for delays caused by freight services, natural events, or missed delivery appointments.
Once goods leave our warehouse in undamaged condition, risk passes to the customer.
Claims for transport damage must be raised immediately upon delivery, and noted on the delivery docket with the carrier where possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued until returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Non-Compliance
Returns sent without prior authorization, or outside the 14-day return window, will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.
