What is Telos Warehouse?
Telos Warehouse supplies building materials (fibre cement flooring, cladding, wall panels) direct to site. No middlemen, no hidden markups.
What is the difference between trade, wholesale, and retail pricing?
- Retail access is for individual customers and includes standard pricing.
- Trade / Wholesale accounts earn deeper pricing tiers, priority stock, custom freight, and direct contact support.
- Trade account approval is required before wholesale pricing applies.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Submit the wholesale application form under “Wholesale / Trade” pages. Provide your company details, address, and preferred logistics.
What is the trade account setup and order process?
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive confirmation. Then you can place trade orders, gain access to special pricing, and request quotes for freight.
Do you offer installation services?
No. Telos Warehouse focuses on supply only.
Do you sell to distributors or hardware stores?
Yes. Telos offers wholesale supply partnerships for local resellers. Visit our Wholesale page to register your interest.
When will my trade / wholesale pricing take effect?
After your account is approved and activated, the next order you place will reflect your wholesale pricing automatically.
How do I get quotes or custom freight for large orders?
Large orders or requests for special freight can be quoted in advance. Use the “Get Quote” link or contact your account manager to arrange custom delivery and pricing.
Do you offer samples?
Sample panels and offcuts are available to purchase for trade partners and designers. Contact us for details.
What warranty or quality assurance do your products have?
We stand by quality. Products are manufactured to industry standards; defects or damage during transit are covered under our returns / claims policy. Refer to our Terms / Returns page for details.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
You can still submit a quote or join the waitlist. Trade accounts are notified first once restocks arrive.
How do I get in touch for support or questions not answered here?

Trade
How is trade pricing applied?
Log in with your trade email. Your tier tag applies the correct pricing automatically at checkout.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Switch any time. Tier upgrades based on monthly trade spend are reviewed automatically.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes, an active ABN is required for Trade accounts.
Are prices GST inclusive?
Yes.
How do cancellations work?
Cancel anytime from your account. Your tier pricing remains active until the end of the paid period.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply add products to your cart and complete checkout online. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Do you offer pickup for online orders?
Yes. At checkout, select “Pickup from Sydney Warehouse.” We’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
All prices shown on the website include GST unless stated otherwise.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes — pickup is available from our Sydney warehouse. At checkout, select “Pick Up” or “Sydney Depot” to collect your order.
Can I order mixed quantities or product types?
Yes, you can mix different boards, panels, and accessories in one shipment. Our team will consolidate freight to minimize delivery costs.
What is your lead time on out-of-stock items?
Lead time varies by product, location, and freight schedule. We’ll communicate estimated dispatch dates on the product page or quote screen. Trade account holders get priority restocking information.
Can I order online without a trade account?
Yes. Anyone can purchase directly from the online store. Trade and wholesale accounts are optional and designed for builders, resellers, and large-volume buyers.
Can I cancel my order?
Standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely in Australian dollars (AUD).
Telos Wholesale accepts the following payment methods:

Note: Direct transfer may also be accepted (or required) on select products and services.
Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice instead of credit card?
Yes. Simply request a quote and you’ll receive an invoice with our secure payment details for direct deposit.
How do I become a trade / wholesale customer?
Complete the Trade / Wholesale application form via our Trade or Wholesale page, provide business details and credentials, and after approval you’ll unlock trade pricing and benefits.
Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We offer freight delivery across Australia to your site or nearest depot, depending on your location and availability.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you deliver to regional or remote areas?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide through trusted freight partners. Delivery is available either directly to site (with unloading access) or to your nearest depot.
an I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately. We’ll update your delivery location with the freight provider.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location, the size of your order, and the carrier. Remote areas may take longer.
Can I collect my order from a local depot?
Yes. Local pickup from Telos Warehouse or local depot is available by prior arrangement. Bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation receipt.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
