Trade Checkout Guide
Trade members enjoy streamlined ordering, member-only perks, and express dispatch through the Trade Checkout system.
Sign in to Your Trade Account
- Click the Profile Icon at the top-right corner of the website.
- Log in using your registered trade account email.
- Once signed in, return to the online store. Your account will remain active while you browse and order.
Note: You must be logged in to access trade rates, saved details, and Trade Checkout.
Select Your Products
Browse the product categories or use the search bar to locate your required materials.
Each product listing will indicate current stock status:
In Stock
Available for immediate dispatch
Pre-Order
Arriving soon; reserve your allocation
Out of Stock
Currently unavailable
Choose your required quantity and confirm it carefully before adding the item to your cart.
Review Your Cart
- Open your cart to review all items, quantities, and any applicable trade pricing.
- Make adjustments if needed before proceeding.
- When ready, click Checkout.
Choose Trade Checkout
At checkout, ensure your trade account details (name, company, email, and billing address) are correct.
Under Payment Options, Select Trade Checkout
- This is your express ordering option for trade members
- Your saved trade account ensures we can automatically generate your invoice with the correct discount tier and member benefits.
Confirm Your Details, Submit Your Order
- A draft order will be created and sent automatically to your email address on file.
- The invoice will display your trade discount, freight credit (if applicable), and full payment instructions.
Complete Your Order
- Review the order details on the invoice sent to your inbox.
- Complete payment via bank transfer using the BSB and account details listed.
- Use your invoice number or business name as the payment reference to avoid delays.
Dispatch and Delivery
- Once payment is received, your order moves directly into processing.
- If items are in stock, dispatch is typically prompt within 1–2 business days.
- If items are pre-order or backorder, we’ll notify you with an estimated delivery timeframe based on your order requirements.
- You’ll receive tracking details once the order leaves our warehouse.
Stay Updated
Trade members can log into their account anytime to:
- View order history
- Track invoices and payment status
- Update billing or shipping details
- Manage membership tier and subscription preferences
