Overview

This Subscription & Membership Policy (“Policy”) governs all Telos Warehouse Trade Memberships (“Memberships”), including Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.

By activating a Commercial Trade Account Membership, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Telos Warehouse Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Membership Eligibility

• Memberships are available only to businesses, sole traders, contractors, and professionals operating for commercial or trade-related purposes.
• Memberships are not for personal or consumer use.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

Membership Plans

• Telos Warehouse offers three subscription tiers with different benefits, pricing, and eligibility.
• Telos Warehouse reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any membership tier or benefits at any time with prior notice.

Subscription Billing

• Paid Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis through the payment method you provided at checkout.
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• You authorise Telos Warehouse to automatically charge your card each billing period until cancelled.
• If payment fails, access to trade pricing and benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Telos Warehouse account dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds or pro-rata credits are provided for partial months.
• You will retain access to your trade benefits until the end of your paid term.

Membership Renewal

• Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
• If your subscription lapses, trade pricing and access will revert to standard retail pricing.

Changes to Membership Terms

Telos Warehouse reserves the right to:

• Adjust membership pricing or benefits at any time with 14 days’ written notice.
• Suspend or terminate memberships that breach these terms or are used for personal/consumer purposes.
• Deny access to trade programs where eligibility cannot be verified.

Business Purpose Declaration

By purchasing or maintaining a Membership, you declare that:

• The Membership is used wholly or predominantly for business, trade, or professional purposes.
• You are not a “consumer” for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
• This declaration excludes certain consumer guarantees under the ACL, as permitted by law.

Refund Policy

• Trade Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of Telos Warehouse system errors or duplicate billing.
• Product refunds (for physical goods purchased under a trade account) are handled under our Returns Policy and are not covered by this Policy.

Data & Privacy

• Telos Warehouse collects and stores business and personal information necessary to administer your Membership.
• Information may include your business name, ABN, billing details, order history, and communication preferences.
• Data is handled in compliance with the [Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)] and our Privacy Policy.

Payment Methods

• Trade Memberships can only be activated and renewed through credit or debit card.
• Bank transfer, Trade Checkout, or manual invoice payment options do not apply to subscription activations.

Suspension or Termination

Telos Warehouse may suspend or terminate a Membership immediately if:

• Fraudulent activity or misuse of trade pricing is detected;
• Payment fails after repeated attempts;
• The Membership is used for personal or resale purposes outside authorized trade use;
• False business information or documentation is provided.
• Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos Warehouse is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Membership;
• Any delay or failure caused by third-party services, including payment gateways or merchant infrastructure.

Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically.

Any changes will take effect from the date published on this page.

Members will be notified of significant changes by email or in their account dashboard.

I acknowledge and understand that Telos Warehouse is committed to protecting my privacy and personal information.

I have read and understood Telos Warehouse' privacy policy and acknowledge and agree that my personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

I acknowledge and declare that any Commercial Trade Account credit facility that may be provided by Telos Warehouse pursuant to this application (and any goods and services provided by Telos Warehouse under the Terms and Conditions that govern such Commercial Telos Warehouse Accounts) is for business and commercial purposes and will be used wholly or predominantly for business and commercial purposes. By clicking on "Agree" I thereby give this acknowledgement and declaration.

Warning: If the credit facility sought to be provided by Telos Warehouse and/or the goods and services to be provided by Telos Warehouse under such a credit facility are not to be used wholly or predominantly for business or commercial purposes then you should not click "Agree" in respect of this declaration and nor should you continue further to apply for a Commercial Telos Warehouse Account.
